Hotel Accommodations

For the convenience of our out-of-town guests, a small block of rooms has been reserved at the Avid Hotel - Quail Springs.

Guests may reserve rooms at the special rate of $89 per night, which includes complimentary breakfast.

A limited block of 10 rooms is being held under the name of Sirls/Wright Wedding. We kindly encourage guests to book early to secure the discounted rate.

Please mention the Sirls/Wright Wedding Room Block when making your reservation.

Reservation Deadline:

To receive the discounted rate, reservations should be made by August 21st or until the room block is filled.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in begins at 3:00PM and check-out is 11:00AM.
